International Law: Justice between nations?
As the debate over Iraq rages on, the limitations of current international law are being starkly revealed. Critics say it is deeply flawed, having been designed in colonial times by Western nations; that it lacks the proper means of enforcement, and that its key institutions are still controlled by the most powerful nations, which, however, do not always feel bound by it.
